About Us


At Privé Nia, photography is more than just pictures—it’s an experience created by two artists who also happen to be husband and wife.


We’ve been together for 10 years and married for 2, and our journey into boudoir began back in 2017. What started with fashion photography quickly turned into something more meaningful when Justin encouraged Erika to step in front of the camera. Erika had always wanted to do a boudoir shoot but felt too shy and unsure—so Justin created the first set, not just for her, but to show her how powerful and beautiful she already was. From that moment, Privé Nia was born.


“Privé” is the French word for private, exclusive, intimate—a reflection of the safe and empowering space we create for every client. “Nia” comes from Erika’s middle name, Yesenia, grounding our work in something deeply personal and authentic. Together, these words represent our mission: to give you a private, transformative, one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates self-love and confidence.


We both shoot during sessions—bringing different artistic eyes, energy, and creativity. Justin is especially skilled with lighting and building sets, while Erika brings a warm, empowering presence that helps you feel comfortable and celebrated. Justin also captures film during sessions, giving you dynamic movement alongside timeless portraits. And together, we guide you every step of the way with posing, encouragement, and artistry.

Absolutely! We offer a 100% privacy package to our clients.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE IN MODELING OR KNOW HOW TO POSE?

No experience is necessary we guide you through poses and expressions to ensure you feel comfortable and look amazing.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Bring outfits that make you feel confident and sexy- lingerie, a favorite shirt, or even something personal like a partner's jacket or jersey. I also have outfit suggestions tailored to you & we offer a closet rental.

WHAT IF I FEEL NERVOUS?

Feeling nervous is normal! We create a safe and supportive space, and we'll take breaks if needed to make sure you feel at ease.

IS HAIR AND MAKEUP INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Hair and makeup is not included but we can add on to the package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FINAL EDITED PHOTOS?

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes up to 2 weeks.
